Review of Welcome to Marwen (2018) by Patrick C — 29 Dec 2018

Welcome to Marwen certainly isn't the film of 2018 but it's not as bad as the 27% the critics are giving it either. Granted, there are some scenes that feel out of place and the character of Deja Thoris really has no true purpose to the film.

But between one of the better Steve Carell performances mixed in with some Special Effects that should see a nomination pop up at Academy Award time, I came out of the theater entertained.
