Review of Welcome to Marwen (2018) by David S — 30 Dec 2018

I don't know why critics are so down on this movie. Maybe they've been infected by M. Bay and Z. Snyder into thinking a film has to be visuals and bombast, and not a story about human beings and their interior lives.

I enjoyed this film, and was drawn into this man's pain and recovery. Steve Carell was terrific. Go see it before it flies out of theaters followed by the critic crows who have no empathy.
