Review of Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael (1990) by Vanessa P — 16 Aug 2008
This was the movie that shaped what kind of teenager i'd become. I remember identifying with her alienation from her parents, and being different from her school mates. I loved the locks on her bedroom door.
..and how she got along better with animals than people. this movie let me know it's okay to be weird. oh, and I hate the part when they tell her to comb her hair...jerks...
