Review of Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins (2008) by Robert A A — 30 Aug 2008
Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins was extremely funny. It was also sad at some parts in it, and can bring tears to your eyes. Some of the characters in it were very annoying and others just got you very mad.
One thing they could have done better was made Roscoe Jenkins pay more attention to his son. The acting was excellent as well between all the characters. They all also got a pretty well amount of time each on the screen.
The story didn't have to much to it and could have been done a lot better. For the most part all the characters they chose though did an amazing job and were all very funny. I would definitely see this movie over and over again with having to pay 7 or 8 dollars to see it.
I recommend this movie to anyone who likes comedy movies you will not be disappointed. The message toward this movie was also excellent about just having fun and not always about winning, and also choosing your kid over a stupid game.
All and all this was a great movie and will probably be the best comedy of the year.
