Surreal and quirky, like the title implies. Low-budget, but a lot of fun. Keeps your attention, if only to see what whacked-out thing will happen next. Likeable, dead-end characters in bleak, small Canadian town.
.. warm & funny. It's no masterpiece, but a great way to waste 90 min. Better than most Canadian productions.
