Review of Weird Science (1985) by Caleb M — 15 Mar 2009
Not to be confused with teen classic such as The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, Sixteen Candles, or Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Weird Science is a dramatic step down from those other John Huges films, with less drama and an overabundance of cartoony slapstick, dated special effects, and a ridiculous plot.
Still, it's entertaining overall, if you can get by the somewhat anoying bits.
