What an 80's Time Capsule Classic!!!! This film is sooooo 80's, ie the look, feel, dialogue everything in it... but it is that much enjoyable because of it.
A modern day frankenstein tale...for dateless teens, the overall vibe for this film is just fun! It isn't a great film by any measure, but it is so effective for it's time, just sheer entertainment.
Anthony Michael Hall is great as lead, you got love him, and Robert Downey plays a role in his early days as a mindless bully. Don't watch this film to think and be enlighted, jump back into an 80's teen dream and have fun with it....
