Review of Wedding Crashers (2005) by Sheilab — 06 Sep 2005

I had heard from a couple of respected sources that this was a "hill-LARRY-us" movie, so I went into it expecting some laughs. I have an appreciation for the occasional "dumb" movies and "adult" humor, but this movie was chockablock with giant plot holes, obvious stereotypes (yawn!), and was waaay too long (double yawn!) getting to the obvious conclusion.

I think I was creeped out by guys their age with reasonable careers doing such incredibly dumb things that they should've gotten out of their systems 15+ years prior! I've seen the two leads do much better in other movies (but paired with other people).
