Great depth. Wonderful showscase about a police family and the up and downs. Beautifully acted especially by wahlberg, phoenix and robert duvall who still at his age manages to outshine his younger co stars.
Yes some people disagree with me on this film. some say the russian mob is seen as dumb in this movioe but I thought they were well displayed and love the whole story arc about joaquin has to decide between his russian family and his own cop family.
a must see.
