Review of We Need to Talk About Kevin (2011) by Kwong C — 17 Jan 2013

This film was not your normal thriller and what it did to make itself different was executed very well. At times the story seemed to be very slow and the switching around to three different time periods got a little confusing.

The story told is kind of a political statement in saying that some kids are just born bad and there is nothing the parents can do about it. The whole movie is very dark and gloomy and very rarely if at all is there anything positive.

There was not much suspense but that was ok because for me just the story alone was interesting to watch but very few people would find this one a must see.
