Review of We Don't Live Here Anymore (2004) by V H — 14 Aug 2004
Well, I had to swear I wouldn't tell where I saw this movie... almost a week before it opened. ;) Ahh... we must pay homage to the "private screeners" of the world. :o .
Watch this movie. It is perhaps one of the most phenomenally emoted movies I have ever seen - and Laura Dern steals the show. I originally only wanted to see it because I am a fan of Mark Ruffalo... but once I was there, well, as amazing as he is, of the two main male characters, it is Peter Krause's portrayal that comes through with sheer brilliance of acting. Absolutely lovely. Certainly in the running for my top 10 of the year. .
