I catched this by accident and therefore didn't watch a couple of minutes at the very beginning properly. Very interesting film about unhappy marriages and cheating, not boring, great scenery but certainly not a pick-me-up.
I definitely would like to watch this again though because of the beginning and especially because of the ending since it left plenty of room for interpretations; I have my own theory but that would be a spoiler so I don't share it, at this point anyway.
I really like Mark Ruffalo (always), btw. Laura Dern also does a great job. WATCHED: February 19, 2009.
