This film is a major step back for the likes of Cameron Crowe, Matt Damon, and Scarlett Johansson. To say that We Bought A Zoo is sappy would be an understatement. The script is bargain basement, the characters are ridiculous, and the music is overpoweringly manipulative.
In fact there was only one reason that I kept on watching.. and that is Ms. Johansson, I could look at her all day.
