Review of We Are Still Here (2015) by Alfio B — 27 Jan 2016
The thing that sticks out is the husband's plastic acting which completed snaffled the final scene, as well as much of the film.
It's a compact, solid film that is mostly well done and has some great jumpscares and an absorbing storyline. With all that being said, it still puzzles me, as I kept on thinking about "potential", this movie is largely underdeveloped, with the parts for a good movie, but not quite there.
I feel with a bigger budget, I feel he can make something really great--he has a good eye and compelling style.
