Review of Wayne's World (1992) by Melinda S — 30 May 2010
A close second behind "The Blues Brothers" for best SNL movie, "Wayne's World" is an infinitely quotable comedy, and one of the lynchpins of early-'90s culture. It also gets funnier every time you watch it.
Amazingly enough, this piece of sketch comedy gold was shot in only two weeks and performed almost exclusively on the fly, but as per usual with a group of comedy Gods in front of the camera (Myers, Carvey, Farley, O'Neill, Lowe, etc.
), it matters little. Just watch it all unfold and have a good time.
