Kevin's Gate, Fishtar, Raise the Costner-you've all heard the horror stories of near drownings and wayward sets that drove this epic's budget from $100 million to a record $175 million ($230.
6 million in today's money), but this actually is not as bad as its companion piece Dirtworld-I mean, The Postman. Dennis Hopper's "Smokers" would also make for the one of the best episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000 ever.
