Kevin Costner was a good actor in The Untouchables until Waterworld happened. Waterworld was one of those movies that just killed Costner's career. I will give the movie credit there are some exciting action scenes in this movie that are really good and even though Kevin Costner is boring in this movie Dennis Hopper doesn't disappoint.
It wasn't good but it certaintly wasn't horrible. Overall it's a so-so type of movie.
