Review of Waterworld (1995) by Benjamin W — 28 Nov 2013

A lot of people say this was a bad movie. I can agree with some critics, but looking at this for myself and seeing this with eyes not clouded by hate towards Kevin Costner, I don't see a reason to hate this film. It may have been an expensive failure from a technical standpoint, but I will say it was a good effort and an interesting presentation of an apolcalypse that seems like a very real possibility in this world.

Surely mankind isn't stupid enough to continue to abuse their planet to the point of killing everyone on it, right?
