Review of Waterworld (1995) by Dorothy H — 29 Jun 2012
Ok I really like the concept of the ice caps melting and the earth is completely covered in water. I thought that was a brilliant concept to explore. I thought the movie started off great lots of action and it set the pace to how things were going to happen.
My issue however was when he got to the water village thats when the movie became so predictable that it was just like oh I wonder whats gonna happen next oh he doesn't like them oh let me guess he is going to like them later and save everyone well holy shit thats exactly whats going to happen.
so yeah um that was my only issue with the movie. I dont like predicable movies there needs to be some sort of mystery that becomes unveiled as time goes on. either that or im a complete asshole that is such a movie snob its pathetic one of the two lol .
