Review of Waterworld (1995) by Curren W — 24 Jul 2010
Despite hammy performances and an often wasted ending, Waterworld is a surprisingly creative and adventurous sci-fi action flick. Sure, the pace tends to get painfully slow at times, but when it does speed up, that's when the film is the most fun to watch.
But here's my question; if the film bombed so badly, how come Universal decided to create a theme park show out of it?
