First watched this hen I was young & watch it whenever I can. A brilliantly close adaptation of the book as the script was co written by the authour. There's nothing chikdish about this animation, have always been compelled by fivers 'premonitions'.
The mythical opening is superb as well as the ending. It always brings a tear to my eyes & with 'Bright Eyes' playing aswell its my favourite animated film of all time.
