Despite its cute appearance this is definitely not one for the kids as its violence is often shocking. Despite that for older audiences its definitely one to watch. The story is expertly written and the themes on the nature of faith are fantastically intelligent.

Particularly the opening which shows a creation myth as told by rabbits. The rest of the movie while at times disjointed is consistently compelling and one not afraid to go to dark areas all told with incredible animation for its time.
