Review of Watership Down (1978) by Murder C — 22 Dec 2007
A group of rabbits lead by Hazel and his brother Fiver, who has a feeling that some thing bad will happen to their warren. They decide to leave and look for a new home, but the quest for a new home is filled with dangers.
Now, forget about the movie's 'PG' rating, cause if you are expecting nothing but fluffy bunnies and feel good moments, you are dead wrong. "Watership Down" based on the book by Richard Adams by the same name is filled with blood and death, and that is what makes "Watership Down" stand out and along with the good animations is one of the best animated movies ever, even now 30 years later.
