Review of Watching the Detectives (2007) by Matt R — 05 Jul 2008
A film geek's romantic comedy. Cillian Murphy didn't feel right in this role but Lucy Liu I think was a good pick. It took me 3 times to try to finish the movie because it's pretty boring and it felt awkward at times because of Cillian's work.
At the end I thought they could actually make a sequel out of this. Maybe if they did it would be better due to getting Cillian's emo movie store clerk persona out of the way.
