Vik Muniz = collaborative artist with an eye on social issues. This documentary successfully illustrates the impact art, design and media can have on individuals. His work kick started dreams, inspired ambition, instilled or reaffirmed a sense of self worth for the people involved, and most importantly provided the rest of us with meaningful material to think and ponder.
The content and subject matter makes this film a success, despite of its rather slow pace in the first half.
