Review of Wasabi (2001) by Denise K — 18 Feb 2011
If you like his type of movies you'll like it. It's enjoyable. It's a love story and action comedy at the same time. The female character was a bit over the top, but I think that's what foreign audiences expect? I'm not sure.
Otherwise, I like this guy. The language barrier seemed to be no problem with this movie, adding to the hilarity. Apparently, lots of Japanese speak french - who knew? It's a good time on DVD!
