We all know UN peackeeping missions are a farce. that's why there is very little movies about them . in this movie the UN peacekeepers are in Kosovo to....repair electiricity. wow. I guess there's no such thing as electricians there.

along the way, the team gets raped by conflicting albanians and serbs alike, and then you see how difficult it is to repair electicity even for someone as big and strong and powerful and mighty as the United Nations!!! brilliant movie !
