Gawdawful movie, made better by MST3K commentary, though for once I think this might actually be good for a giggle on its own, as it is pretty silly and over the tip from the first frame.
A corny take on the post apocalyptic genre with a goofy looking reluctant hero sporting a beard that looks like hair off a barbershop floor has been glued to his face, this might be worth a peep just to see how ineffectual he actually is.
Rental? Maybe? Definitely check out the MST3K version at the very least.
