I like zombie films. I also adore romantic comedies outside of the realm of mainstream archetype. Hence, Safety Not Guaranteed/Seeking A Friend were two of my favourites of 2012. I genuinely loved this and even though it is insanely sappy towards its end, it's a beautiful film.
Funny, silly and a refreshing take on the genre. Obviously aimed at a younger demographic - the soundtrack the giveaway - it still had enough for me to enjoy. My rom-com of 2013.
