Review of Warm Bodies (2013) by Chrissy B — 22 May 2016
Not only does Hoult portray a believably conflicted zombie, but Palmer does an equally exceptional job as the brave yet pleasantly candid female lead. This film has underlying tones of an independent picture for young adults, following along the lines of other pieces such as (500) Days of Summer and The Spectacular Now.
It is visually stunning, with an intrinsic soundtrack to accompany it. Definitely worth a watch, even if zombie flicks aren't usually something you can stomach.
