Review of WarGames: The Dead Code (2008) by Richard B — 15 Aug 2008
They tried very hard to emulate the first one, and in some ways they succeeded. So much so that the ending is almost an exact copy of the first one. Sometimes I liked it for nostalgia's sake, but most of the time I didn't like it because it was so unoriginal.
Also, the filmmakers make the assumption that video-game prowess equals military genius...And that's just stupid.
