Review of WarGames: The Dead Code (2008) by Jaime M — 25 Oct 2008
While computer and telephone technology has changed quite a bit in the 25 years since the original WarGames, the plot of this sequel treads a very similar path with the threat of the Cold War replaced by the threat of bio-chemical terrorism.
Fans of the 80s classic should enjoy the couple of nods to the original that I won't spoil here. As someone with a certain affinity for bad computer movies, WarGames: The Dead Code is a welcome addition to the genre.
