I really enjoyed watching this movie, it had alot of crazy characters in it that made it funny. The plot is stupid, we all know that. I'm glad that the events of this movie could never actually take place.
Still, Broderick is funny and likeable and Ally Sheedy makes a great sidekick babe for him. Basically, it's such a bad storyline that it works.
