Probably the first "hacker" movie I ever saw. Matthew Broderick plays a convincing role as David Lightman, teenage uberhacker who penetrates a government war simulation computer called the W.
O.P.R. (War Operation Plan Response) who goes by the name of Joshua. Dabney Coleman is good as the cynical designer of the WOPR computer and security specialist.
