Overall I thought the movie was very enjoyable. There were some script problems and some other. But the CGI was pretty good. It felt like there was more focus on the orcs rather than humans, which was disappointing. But a lot of hope for future installments. Also the critics are completely wrong on this one. The movie doesn't deserve the negativity it's getting. A LOT better than reviews would suggest.
