Amazing CGI and with the king of the vikings 'Ragnar Lodbrok' Travis Fimmel, as the hero in the film, who must endure the tragic loss of his son, I had an amazingly good time spending my Saturday afternoon.
A little reminiscent of Stargate because the portal was the center piece of the story when the orcs used it to cross from their dead and decaying world into the human world. Heart breaking scene of Lotha seeing his son killed by the orc before his very eyes.
I cannot agree with the critics for scoring this film so poorly.
