Review of Warcraft (2016) by Boombasticdrums — 14 Jun 2016
If you haven't seen it yet GO NOW. It was really damn good. If you have any doubts crush them now, it seems like the only gripes critics had were literally only in the first 35 mins yes the pacing was kinda funky in the beginning and some of the acting was a bit off but ONLY in that first 35 mins, while watching the movie I was thinking that literally maybe the critics didn't even watch the whole film and cut it off halfway because mid way thru the movie picks up and has really cool moments.
The action scenes were brutal, the visuals were stunning and I even really liked the costumes and the set pieces yes they do look a little "cartoonish" but that's how the game looks! It's the perfect take on Warcraft the game and it leaves me wanting more.
I want a sequel. Go support this movie don't pirate it don't stream it go buy a ticket and watch this film you will not be disappointed I promise you. It was the first time in a while I got up off my ass to the movie theater to watch a movie only other movie I saw this year was Star Wars and before that it had been years since I'd seen a movie in theaters.
It's worth your time and money.
