Visually, it's pretty nice to look at. The rest? The movie doesn't explain itself and often forgets what it said 30 seconds ago. To call the military tactics moronic would vastly overstate their quality.
The movie suffers from a split personality. It doesn't know what it wants to be, and ends up being nothing.
