Review of Warcraft (2016) by Liam H — 16 Mar 2017

I thought this movie was going to be mostly action based but it's actually not at all. It is overwhelmingly drama based and that's not necessarily a bad thing. I was surprised because the action was unclear and unrealistic but the drama was quite high and covincing.

Which was not what I expected at all. It is more epic drama than epic action fantasy. The characters do lack depth but I liked it more than I expexcted. Some good characters, some good dramatic moments and it even seems there is enough there to build a sequel from and improve things.

The least convincing thing is the action sadly.
