This is an excellent movie with a powerful message! It is well made, and the acting is surprising quite good. I would see it in the theater again and I most definitely will be buying it when it comes out on DVD!
The critics may hate this film, but I actually take that as quite the recommendation FOR it. Look at the difference between the critics' ratings and the ratings of the audience - I'd say that speaks pretty well for itself.
I've read reviews that it's not very effective as far as evangelism, but it doesn't claim to be - it is very clearly a movie made to challenge CHRISTIANS and that is EXACTLY what it does.
