Review of War of the Worlds (2005) by David M — 14 Oct 2015

I think this movie is awesome & I can't even justify why. I'm not a big fan of Tom Cruise, Steven Spielberg, aliens or even OTT-blockbusters but this movie was such a fun ride. Huge, intense action on a mental scale combined with an eerie sci-fi vibe.

I love how this film had no stereotypical save-the-world-hero, it was Mother Nature we have to thank which is what a lot of people think is corny & ruined the film. But I thought it was excellent & when you think about it - actually makes a sh*t-load of sense.
