A companion piece to Grosse Pointe Blank but a lot less successful, the cartoonish mood of most of the film jars badly with the more serious, politicall messages, although there are many excellent and very funny scenes (the latter usually involving Joan Cusack).
Over time I can see this becoming a bit of a cult film though but the uneven feel makes it difficult to love.
