Review of War Horse (2011) by Gaspar O — 10 Jul 2012
This was a hard film to watch. As an animal lover and a war hater, it was an emotional roller coaster, but a mostly happy ending left me smiling. The movie itself could have been better, much better I think considering who made it, or maybe it just needed better editing or something, I dunno, but all that aside, it's a powerful adventure.
Extra half star for being over two hours.
