Took my fiancee who loves horses to see this movie, and we both enjoyed it very much. The scenic shots were very enjoyable, and I liked the story. The part where the German and English soldiers are working together to free the horse was quite entertaining.
I wasn't expecting this to be a super realistic film, because it's obvious that that is not what it was intended for. It was intended to be fun and inspirational, and that it certainly was.
