Review of War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) by Dan K — 24 Jul 2017
This movie was a major disappointment, probably because my expectations were too high. First, the special effects were terrific, but after you get past that, the story line was weak. Caesar goes after the bad Colonel, rescues all the other apes, and then watches as a massive snow slide wipes out an army apparently sent to go after the Colonel.
I know a lot of people went ape over this movie, but I wasn't one of them.
