A very compelling and emotional film. A fitting and satisfying conclusion to a terrific trilogy. Andy Serkis is once again at the top of his game as Caesar. He is helped by an equally as terrific supporting cast.
Though the word "War" is in the tile, battle sequences are actually a small part of the movie which is what added to its appeal for me. Usually movies that turn out to be not quite what I expected are movies that I enjoy the most.
"War for the Planet of the Apes" is no exception.
