Having seen the original series of movies (can't believe it is 50 years ago) I have always approached this series with a measure of trepidation. I did enjoy this movie and the special effects are pretty awesome.
It seemed a bit long and dragged at some points, and I believe it could have been about 20 minutes shorter. But, it is a good movie...
