War Dogs is directed by Todd Phillips who has directed The Hangover Trilogy. Todd Phillips crosses in new territory and does his first ?true story? movie and for what it?s worth he did a acceptable job and I came out enjoying this movie.

The highlight to take away from this film was the chemistry and performances from both Jonah Hill and Miles Teller. For me personally this ?true story? of a movie is too polished and clean given the true nature of the real life events.

I think the director missed the mark when telling a dramatic story that this movie really needed. The movie has a few bumps along the way and at times seem to drag on but it is still a entertaining watch.
