Miles Teller and a regularly amusing Jonah Hill in combination with a true narrative about arms dealing serves as sufficient entertainment. However, it borrows heavily from Martin Scorcese pictures in terms of storytelling style without matching the high quality of drama or comedy.
It's good but I couldn't shake the feeling I was watching an inferior version of a type of film I've seen a hundred times before.
