Review of War Dogs (2016) by Scott N — 15 Sep 2016
Same old formula of someone struggling, doing crap work, only to run into an amazing opportunity that takes off. Then high time, partying, houses, cash blah blah. Only to have it all end up being illegal and all come crumbling down.
Then the humble conscious of that person from beginning of movie kicks in and we see the "do the right thing" and work with authorities, avoiding the long prison sentences others got and then fade to credits as they move on with lives.
Wolf of Wall Street all over again (in fact Jonah just continues his obnoxious character from WoWS). Or Boiler Room. Or... etc . Waste of time if already seen those.
